The story we hear every week
Running on empty by mid-afternoon.
Sleep doesn't stick. Patience runs thin.
It might not be just age. It might be your hormones.
See how we find outSound familiar?
Small symptoms add up to not feeling like you.
Hormone changes rarely announce themselves. They show up in your energy, your sleep, your mood, and your patience. If several of these ring true, it is worth a conversation.
- Running on empty, no matter how much you rest
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
- Brain fog or losing the thread mid-task
- Mood swings or a shorter fuse than usual
- Weight gain that will not budge
- Low sex drive
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Strength and stamina that are not what they were
Our providers hear these concerns every day, from women and men alike. You are not imagining it, and there are answers.
How we help
Honest answers first. Therapy only if it fits.
Hormone optimization is not for everyone, and we will tell you if it is not for you. Here is what the process looks like.
-
Simple lab work
A quick blood draw gives us a complete picture of your hormone levels, thyroid, and key health markers.
-
An unhurried consult
We sit down together, review your results, and talk through your symptoms and goals. You leave with clear answers, whatever the plan.
-
Personalized pellet therapy
Tiny pellets placed under the skin release bioidentical hormones steadily. Most patients return every four to six months.

Good to know
The questions everyone asks first.
Short, honest answers before you ever pick up the phone. Bring the rest of your questions to your consult.
Is the pellet procedure a big deal?
No. Pellets are placed under the skin during a quick office visit. The area is numbed first, and most patients are in and out in under half an hour.
How often will I need to come in?
Most patients return every four to six months for new pellets, with periodic lab work so your dosing stays matched to your body.
Is hormone therapy only for women?
No. We treat women and men. Low energy, poor sleep, and fading strength are common hormone stories for men too.
Will I still take anything daily?
Pellets release hormones steadily on their own. Most plans do include a daily DIM supplement, which supports how your body processes hormones.
Who will I see?
Either of our Biote certified providers, Peter Uggowitzer, MD or Kimberly Worsley, CRNP. Both handle consults, labs, and pellet placement.
What does it cost?
It depends on your plan, and we believe in no surprises. We walk through pricing and visit cadence together at your consult.
